Fallout 3 will be handled by Bethesda

Well, it's final. Bethesda will make Fallout 3 and I think this is the best course of action for this franchise. I think that Fallout is in good hands with Bethesda, as Pete Hines told the Next Generation podcast - Bethesda will handle the franchise with kid gloves, respect, and they will attack it like they were the creator of the first two Fallout games.

Fallout 3's future is looking up. I will either thank Bethesda or lose all respect for them after the release of this game.
