Online manga scanlation

http://manga.roel.no-ip.info/ is a manga scanlation site that hosts 89 manga titles (some rare ones like Akira, Evangelion, and You're under arrest are available) that you can read online. They also offer chapter downloads, but I noticed that they are so hardpressed for bandwidth that I can't read some of the online comics they have.
